Environmental due diligence audits (EDDs) and environmental health and safety audits (EHS) are carried out to identify potential environmental liabilities and occupational health related risks prior to purchasing (or selling) a property. It covers on-site visits, thorough assessment of documentation to identify any non-compliance with legal requirements, as well as any potential liabilities which might cause any hindrances to successful business operation in the future.
